Terms of sale
Last updated 1 August 2026. These terms govern purchases made through antramelk.com.
1. The seller
Goods offered on this site are sold by Antramelk Apparel LLC, a limited liability company registered in California ("we", "us", "Antramelk").
2. Products
We sell finished apparel, footwear and accessories purchased by us directly from the brands we carry or their authorised agents. All goods are genuine and are sold as new unless expressly described otherwise. Product images are representative; colour reproduction varies between screens.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where the price or description was materially wrong, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot ship to the address given. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave. Title passes when payment clears in full. If a parcel is confirmed delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will open a claim.
6. Returns
Our return policy is set out on the shipping & returns page and forms part of these terms. In summary: 30 days from delivery, unworn, original condition, tags attached, prepaid domestic label. Items marked Final Sale are not returnable. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
7. Faulty goods
If goods are damaged, defective or not as described, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace or refund in full, including outbound and return shipping, at our cost. This right is in addition to, and not limited by, the 30-day return window.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, layout and code — is owned by Antramelk or licensed to us, except brand names and marks, which belong to their respective owners and are used with permission as an authorised stockist. You may not reproduce site content commercially without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the state and federal courts sitting in Los Angeles County have exclusive jurisdiction.
